Vist from Plimoth Plantation!

Yesterday, we had a visit from Constance from Plimoth Plantation.  She taught about where she was from, how she got here, what she brought on the ship with her, different games that she plays, jobs that she has a child and what types of clothes she wears.  Ask your child to teach you about Constance and her life!

Christopher Columbus

Yesterday we read a book and watched a BrainPop about Christopher Columbus with 1G.  First graders made a flip book all about Columbus and his voyage.  Check your child's take home folder today for their flip book!

Morning STEM Boxes

First Graders had a lot of fun exploring and building with our STEM materials this morning.  Once students finished with their daily journal writing, they were able to select a STEM box to explore.  We would love to add more materials to our STEM box selection.  If you'd like to donate a STEM material, please click here to check out our Amazon Wishlist:).
